Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or statutory provision include all subordinate legislation made under it. Clause headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Platform in any manner — whether by browsing as a guest, completing registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any feature of hello555 — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
hello555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and hello555 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter. No oral or written statement made by any hello555 representative shall modify these Terms & Conditions unless such modification is formally published on the Platform in writing.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. All disputes shall be addressed through the dispute resolution procedures described in Section 7 of this document.
Age & Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of hello555 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. hello555 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. This is a hard eligibility requirement — not a guideline.
- You must be registering and playing on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate, institutional, or agency registrations are not permitted.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on hello555 or any affiliated platform.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of hello555 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
Any individual who provides false information regarding their age during registration or at any subsequent point commits a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, hello555 reserves the right to immediately close the Account, void all bets placed, forfeit any winnings, and recover any withdrawals made during the period of ineligibility by all available means.
hello555 takes its responsibilities regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. If you have reason to believe that a minor has accessed or is accessing the Platform, please contact us immediately at support@hello555. We support all reasonable steps to prevent underage access, including the use of parental control software.
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of services offered by hello555 — including placing bets, playing casino games, and participating in the VIP Program — you must register an Account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 3.
One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on hello555. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, hello555 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated bets and winnings, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.
Accuracy of Information: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change after registration.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. hello555 strongly recommends:
- Using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
- Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
- Never sharing your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or financial advisors.
- Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
- Contacting us immediately at support@hello555 if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
hello555 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, including losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from your negligence. We will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on hello555 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied to your Account balance. The following payment methods are currently supported on the Platform:

- Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (where available)
Deposits: Deposits are generally processed instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and network conditions. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard. hello555 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to Account verification. Standard processing times are as follows:
- Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): typically within 1–4 hours for verified Accounts.
- Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard): typically within 1–3 business days.
- Bank transfer withdrawals: typically within 2–5 business days.
- VIP Platinum, Diamond, and Diamond Elite members benefit from priority withdrawal processing with reduced waiting times.
Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts. These limits vary by payment method and Account VIP tier. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. VIP members at higher tiers may benefit from enhanced limits.
Refused Transactions: hello555 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms & Conditions, or any other improper activity. In such cases, we may place a temporary hold on your Account pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
hello555 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP Program rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any specific terms published with each individual offer.
Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each offer. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ৳30,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer terms. Bonus Funds that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Game-specific contribution rates are detailed within the individual promotion terms.
- hello555 reserves the right to exclude specific games from qualifying wagering at any time.
- Members may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other members to exploit promotional terms, using automated software or bots in connection with bonus play, or any other behaviour deemed by hello555 to constitute bonus abuse are all strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed, hello555 reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit all associated winnings, and permanently close the Account without liability.
VIP Program Rewards: Points earned through the hello555 six-tier VIP Program (Bronze through Diamond Elite) are subject to their own programme terms. Cashback rates, tier qualification thresholds, and reward structures are published in the VIP section of your Account dashboard and may be amended by hello555 from time to time with reasonable notice.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a member of hello555, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in full compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of your obligations:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point — including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors are void and will be recovered.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, score manipulation, or collusion in connection with sports betting markets on the Platform.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including deliberately losing funds to a third party or structuring deposits to avoid identification thresholds.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, code, or data systems.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing hello555 staff members or other members of the Platform via chat, email, or any other communication channel.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory, whether directly or via a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.
- Registering or operating a second Account after your primary Account has been closed, suspended, or self-excluded.
Dispute Resolution: If you believe a transaction, bet, or payout has been processed incorrectly, you must raise the matter with our support team at support@hello555 within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes not raised within this period may not be considered. hello555 will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property: All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, game software, and the overall design — is the intellectual property of hello555 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability: hello555 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted, hello555's aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising from Platform use shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Member: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at support@hello555. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Closure does not affect any outstanding dispute or investigation.
Self-Exclusion: If you wish to take a break from gambling on hello555, you may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Suspension or Closure by hello555: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where:
- A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper activity is detected or reasonably suspected.
- KYC or age verification requirements have not been met within a reasonable timeframe.
- The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
- A court order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement request mandates Account closure.
- Continuation of the Account poses an unacceptable operational, legal, or reputational risk to hello555.
Where an Account is closed by hello555 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is established, the remaining balance will be returned to the member in due course.
Inactive Account Policy: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months (no login, no deposit, no bet) will be flagged as dormant. hello555 will attempt to notify you via your registered email address. If no response is received within 30 days and the Account remains inactive, an administrative maintenance fee may be applied to the Account balance each month thereafter, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. The applicable fee amount is published within the Platform's help section.
Final Provisions: These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the complete legal framework governing your use of hello555. Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026.
